IMPORTANT NOTE: Proofing of Original Artwork (paintings, watercolors, etc.) is highly recommended -- even if we are sent a "match" print or scan the work here.

Proofing Photography and Digital Artwork is optional. We always recommend proofing for orders that require large canvas prints or are of large quantities. If you are in doubt, submit the order form and we will get in touch with you if a payment is required.

PROOFING GUARANTEES YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.

For all orders, we will email an invoice for the balance due when the order is ready to ship.

Uploading via Email

You may send your files via email -- especially if they are JPEG's from a digital camera -- but they must match the following criteria:

  • They should be the highest resolution available.
  • They cannot total more than a combined 10MBytes per email.

Also, please indicate how large each file is (i.e. 2,540 KB's) in your email message. Some email programs and Internet providers reduce file sizes without letting you know. Send them to:

info@picturesalon.com

If you are unsure about sending via email, then go to our upload link.

Sending Files Electronically:

We will only accept the following file formats:
.jpg, .tif, .psd, .pdf

How would you like your images stretched?
  • Gallery Wrap - our standard gallery wrap "mirrors" the outer edges of the canvas so that you do not lose any of the original image to the outside edge of the stretched piece. We also provide two different bars depths -- 3/4" and 1 1/2" deep. To see what we mean, click here.

  • Regular - requires that we add one inch of extra canvas around the image to staple on side of stretcher bars- would require framing afterwards.
