This form initiates the ordering process. You must complete all questions that have the red (*) asterisk.

If you are uploading images, please click on the "upload" link to the right in order to get the uploading process started. Once the images are being sent, please come back to complete this form to complete the order process.

Sending Image Files

It is always best to send your image files via our upload link - not via email.

When you click the upload link below, a separate browser will launch. The order form will still be open to complete.

You may send up to five images at one time. Once the files are in the process of uploading

Sending Files Electronically:

We will only accept files in the following file formats: .jpg, .tif, .psd, .pdf

ATTENTION: Images taken from Facebook are generally not good quality. If you want to print an image that you see on Facebook, try to get the original image from the owner.

Original Art/Scanning Questions

Proofing/Printing Questions

IMPORTANT NOTE: Proofing of Original Artwork (paintings, watercolors, etc.) is highly recommended. Proofing of Photography and Digital Artwork is optional. We always recommend proofing for orders that require large canvas prints or are of large quantities. If you are in doubt, submit your image(s) and the the order form and we will get in touch with our recommendation.. PROOFING ALSO GUARANTEES YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.

* 2. If you are submitting just one image, how many prints would you like us to make?

* 3. What do you want the final dimension of the image to be (i.e. 16 x 20)? Wide X High
  (Note: If you can set the image to its final size at 300 dpi we would appreciate it).

* 4. How much border would you like added? (only 1/4" increments please, enter "0" if borderless)

* 5. After you add the image and the border sizes, what will the total paper size will be? Wide X High

6. Do you need clear sleeves for your prints?

7. Do you need us to provide you with backing boards for your prints?

Our Turnaround Time - We are always being asked how long an order will take to complete. This is what you can expect:

    Normal turnaround for a paper print or unstretched canvas order is 3-4 business days.

    Normal turnaround for a stretched canvas print order is 4-5 business days.

    Please be sure to add shipping time on top of our turnaround time in order to get a realistic answer.

    Proofing an image will add roughly an extra week to turnaround time.

* Payment: You may either make a down payment or wait until we determine shipping and send you an invoice.

I will make a Google Checkout downpayment of $15 per image and pay the balance once you determine shipping.

I will send a PayPal payment to info@picturesalon.com after receiving a completed invoice.
I will mail a check after you email me an completed invoice (please note that we will not begin your order until we receive full payment).

For security reasons, do not email your credit card number to us or include it with this form

Would you like us to save your image(s) for future reorders? Yes No

If you are from the State of WI or NY and are a reseller, please provide your Sellers Permit Number, otherwise we will have to charge you tax.

Important Note for Rush Orders: Orders not placed in full (order form submitted, full payment made and image files sent) by 12 Noon PM CST will be considered to start until the following business day.

EXAMPLE: If you place a print order with us by 12 Noon PM CST on a Monday, and it did not require proofing, we should be ready to ship it by that Wednesday or Thursday. However, if you placed the same order at 1 PM CST on a Monday, we would not be able to ship until that Thursday or Friday. If you are having an image proofed, please add another week for turnaround time.

PLEASE REMEMBER - AN ORDER IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT. RUSH ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF NO LESS THAN $25.
