IMPORTANT NOTE: Proofing of Original Artwork (paintings, watercolors, etc.) is highly recommended.

Proofing of Photography and Digital Artwork is optional. We always recommend proofing for orders that require large canvas prints or are of large quantities. If you are in doubt, submit the order form and we will get in touch with you if we recommend proofing first.

PROOFING ALSO GUARANTEES YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.

Sending Files Electronically:

If you are sending .jpg's and they are under 10MB, you can send them as attachments to info@picturesalon.com.

We will only accept the following file formats:
.jpg, .tif, .psd, .pdf

If you are ordering giclee prints as well as greeting cards, please mention it in the comments box below and indicate which card stock you would prefer -- smooth white or deckled edge.

How would you like your images stretched?

Gallery Wrap - our standard gallery wrap "mirrors" the outer edges of the canvas so that you do not lose any of the original image to the outside edge of the stretched piece. We also provide two different bars depths -- 3/4" and 1 1/2" deep. Gallery wrap illustrated.

Framing wrap - requires that we add one inch of extra canvas around the image to staple on side of stretcher bars- would require framing afterwards.

Important Note for Rolled Canvas Orders: If we are not stretching your canvas print, we need to know how you want it prepared. If you do not explain it to us in the comments box below, we will assume that you want it printed borderless.

Important Note for Rush Orders: Orders not placed in full (order form, down payment and files) by 5pm CST will not be
dated until next day or until all items are received.

Normal turnaround for a paper print or unstretched canvas order is 3-4 business days.

Normal turnaround for a stretched canvas print order is 4-5 business days.

EXAMPLE: If you place a stretched canvas order with us by 5PM CST on a Monday, we would not be ready to ship it until
that Friday. If you placed a print order at 7 PM on a Monday, we would not be able to ship until that Friday.

You will need to allow an additional 1 - 4 business days for shipping depending upon where the order is shipped.

Artist's Showcase: We are considering setting up an Artist's Showcase page that rotates our customers work on a monthly basis. The idea would be to display one image by you and to provide a link to your web site.

If you are interested in such a program, please provide us with your web site address now and we will contact you in the future. We will not be adding any more web site links on our Custmers Showcase page and plan to convert that page to the rotating Artist's Showcase in the future.
