Shipping & Turnaround Time

Shipping

We use either the US Postal Service or FedEx Ground and Air.

USPS Priority Mail can take 1 - 3 business days.
FedEx Ground can take 1 - 4 business days

It is possible to request expedited shipping for an additional charge.

Turnaround Time

The following information is based upon receiving your order by noon CST.

Paper Prints: 3-4 days to complete before shipping.

Stretched Canvas: 4-5 days to complete before shipping.

Rolled Canvas: 4-5 days to complete before shipping.

Greeting Cards: 4-5 days to complete before shipping.

Proofing: 3-4 days to complete before mailing. Proofs are mailed via first class postage.

Scanning/Proofing: 4-5 days to complete. Proofs are not mailed unless requested.

Rush Orders: If you need a print sooner than our normal turnaround time, your order will be subject to a rush fee of $25 - $100 depending upon the size of your order and our workload. We will notify you of any rush fee before proceeding with your order.
