Fine Art Paper, Canvas and Photo Paper Prices

 

We can print any custom size that you wish - as wide as 60" and 120" long. The following prices are just examples of a few standard sizes.

There is no setup fee, no minimum order required and we provide volume discounts as high as 40% off of the
single print price. You can order just one print if you wish.

We also print custom greeting cards!

If you need a custom quote for a particular size that you do not see, please submit our Request For Quote form. If you are interested in paper or canvas samples, please submit our Request Samples form.

    Print prices are determined by the cost per image and paper/canvas type. Discounts are not applied across different images. Proofing will add to your overall cost. Shipping is extra. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rush jobs may be subject to an additional surcharge (normal turnaround for proofing and printing is 2+ weeks).


    Proofing Options:

    1. Single Proof - we only print your original file as it was sent to us: $10.50 per image

    2. Double Proof - we print your original file and also an adjusted version: $18.50 per image

    3. Match Proof - for instances where we do not have your original as a reference but you have provided us with a target print to match or "match print" up to $35 per image.

    Scanning Fees for Reflective Art: includes proofing and copying onto a CD

    Get a high quality scan and a copy of your final image on a CD. Scanning fees are determined by the total size, in square feet, of the original media -- not just the image size. If the square footage is less than an even number, that number is rounded up to the next size (i.e. a piece measuring 1.5 square feet would be rounded up to 2 square feet).

    Artwork sent to Picture Salon for scanning is proofed and printed before returning the final prints and the original with a CD copy.

    Watercolors, pastels, pencil drawings, mixed media can be scanned on media that is up to 36" wide and is no thicker than 3/16". Canvas originals can be scanned by us 16x20, stretched. Canvas pieces larger than 16x20 will need to be photographed. Inquire about total rate.

    Originals 5x7 or smaller are $25 per piece. If they are larger than 5x7, the fee would be $35.

    • up to 1 square foot:: $35 (i.e. 8x10, 9x12)
    • up to 2 square feet: $65 (i.e. 11x14, 12x18)
    • up to 3 square feet: $80 (i.e. 16x20, 18x24)
    • up to 4 square feet: $95 (i.e. 20x24)
    • up to 5 square feet: $110 (i.e.20x30, 24x30)
    • up to 6 square feet: $125 (i.e. 24x36)
    • up to 7 square feet: $140 (i.e. 28x36, 30x30)
    • up to 8 square feet: $155 (i.e. 30x36)
    • up to 9 square feet: $170 (i.e. 32x40, 36x36)
    • up to 10 square feet: $185 (i.e. 36x40)
    Scanning fees for Transparencies, Negatives and Slides: includes scanning and proofing without a match print. If the customer send a match print, then there will be an additional proofing fee. Copy of final file is included on a CD.
    • 35mm - $45 each (discounts are available for multiple slides)
    • 4 x 5 - $65 each
    • 8 x 10 - $85 each
    Original Oils & Acrylics that cannot be scanned (larger than 16x20):
    • 1 canvas piece - $125 (approx. - depending upon size)
    • 2-4 canvas pieces - $200 (approx. - depending upon size)

    Digital Retouching:

    We are also available to prepare images for printing, to fix or clean-up any errors on your digital file. We bill at an hourly rate of $60 in 15 minute increments.

    Greeting Cards

        $.76 for smooth white stock and envelope
        $1.06 for deckled edge, watercolor stock and envelope
        $1.40 for fine art vellum card - heavy stock. Acid and lignen free

    Plastic sleeves and boxes for greeting cards

        $.10 for clear sleeve (holds one card and envelope)
        $.40 for clear box (holds five cards and envelopes)
