Proofing Options:

1. Single Proof - we only print your original file as it was sent to us: $10.50 per image

2. Double Proof - we print your original file and also an adjusted version: $18.50 per image

3. Match Proof - for instances where we do not have your original as a reference but you have provided us with a target print to match or "match print" up to $35 per image.

Scanning Fees: Includes proofing on one media type only - canvas or paper. (Square footage is determined by rounding up to next whole number).

Artwork sent to Picture Salon is scanned at 300 dpi, color corrected and printed before returning the final prints and the original with a CD copy.

• up to 1 square foot: $35 (i.e. 4x5, 5x7, 8x10, 9x12)
• up to 2 square feet: $65 (i.e. 11x14, 12x18)
• up to 3 square feet: $80 (i.e. 16x20, 18x24)
• up to 4 square feet: $95 (i.e. 20x24)

Volume Discount for Scans:

• 2-3 pieces: 15% discount
• 4-5 pieces: 25% discount
• 6-7 pieces: 35% discount

Scanning Photos:


• Small photo prints (i.e. 4" x 5") that are to be printed larger than their original size will cost $45 each. There is no discount for scanning multiple photo prints.

Scanning fees for Transparencies, Negatives and Slides: includes scanning and proofing without a match print. If the customer sends a match print, then there will be an additional proofing fee. Copy of final file is included on a CD.

Digital Retouching:

We are also available to prepare images for printing, to fix or clean-up any errors on your digital file. We bill at an hourly rate of $60 in 15 minute increments.

Custom Greeting Cards (there is a minimum amount required for the first order per image depending upon the card stock).

An additional layout fee of $5 per image will be applied (template is available to avoid the layout fee but customer must have Photoshop in order to take advantage of this offer).

    $.10 for clear sleeve (holds one card and envelope)
