For our standard shipping (1-5 business days) we use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx depending on your package details & location. Our shipping rates are calculated off the purchase price of your order; see standard shipping rate charts below.

Expedited Rates
To determine the rate for any expedited shipping service, add the desired upgraded shipping method fee below to the standard shipping rate for the purchase price of your order.
UPS / FedEx Shipping (1-4 business days) - Add 30%
Two Day Shipping (2 business days) - Add $15
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) - Add $50
First-Class Intl. Shipping (2- 4 weeks) - Add $15
Things to keep in mind when choosing First-Class Intl. shipping:
*We cannot track any package after it leaves the United States.
*We’re not responsible for any lost or missing packages. If you would like to ship internationally using an alternative carrier please reach out to us for a quote prior to placing an order.
*The recipient may be required to pay custom fees or VAT determined by the designation country.
*Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges may apply for delivery addresses in Alaska & Hawaii. These charges will be dependent on order size & weight. If an additional charge will apply one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you before your order ships.
*Shipping to APOs & FPOs: Additional shipping charges may apply for delivery addresses to APOs & FPOs. These charges will be dependent on order size & weight. If an additional charge will apply one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you before your order ships.
*Oversized: If your order includes a stretched canvas, metal print, backing board / foam core, frame, or any other rigid material that is over 1729 square inches an additional $200 will be automatically added to the original selected carrier rate for the order. This fee is charged by shipping carriers when packages are determined to be oversized.

Tracking
Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed once your order has shipped to the email address that is associated with your account . Email notifications are also sent to customers who plan to pick up their order in our studio. If you’re a dropshipper, the tracking number will be emailed to you for each order and you can pass it along to your customer
How will your prints be packaged & shipped?
Fine art prints that are larger than 11”x14” we will generally ship rolled in a tube, and prints that are 11” x 14” and smaller we will usually always ship flat but we will decide what we think is the best way to ship depending on quantity of prints, paper density, and shipping location.

Production Turnaround Times: please remember to include the selected shipping preference transit time to our in-house production time.
*The following information is based upon receiving your order by noon CST.
Paper Prints: 2-4 business days to complete before shipping.
Canvas: 4-5 business days to complete before shipping.
Metal Prints: 4-5 business days to complete before shipping.
Greeting Cards: 4-5 business days to complete before shipping
Mugs: 4-5 business days to complete before shipping.
Mounting: 5-6 business days to complete before shipping.
Laminating: 5-6 business days to complete before shipping.
Framing: 7-14 business days to complete before shipping.
Matting: 6-8 business days to complete before shipping.
Assembly of Prints Requested: 5-6 business days to complete before shipping
Proofing: 4-5 business days to complete before mailing. Proofs are mailed via first class postage. Please add this time to the front of the turnaround time for the product you’re ordering/having proofed.
Scanning/Proofing:7-14 business days to complete. Proofs are not mailed unless requested. Depending on our current volume, turnaround time may be extended. Please reach out to obtain current timelines.
Rush Orders: If you requested an order to be shipped ahead of the normal turnaround times stated above, it will be subject to an additional charge. Rush services are a $50.00 minimum or 20% of your order subtotal, whichever is greater. Please also note that you MUST also select the appropriate shipping option at checkout to guarantee delivery by your selected "receive by" date. Please note that if your order contains more than 5 stretched canvases or framed pieces, the rush fee will be $70.00 minimum or 50% of your order subtotal
